  • The recipient country has not yet been supplied. In this case, you are welcome to send us an E-Mail to check the shipping options.
  • The country is outside our delivery area or shipping is unfortunately not possible.

Shipping Time

The delivery time may depend on the country of delivery. The following information is intended as a guide. If you would like more detailed information, please contact us.

Germany: Delivery time 2-3 working days from receipt of our order confirmation.
In urgent cases, we can also deliver most products by express within 24 hours.
Europe: Delivery time 4-6 working days from receipt of our order confirmation.
World: Delivery time 1-2 weeks from receipt of our order confirmation. In addition, the processing time for possible official regulations and approvals must be taken into account.

Payment

Possible payment methods are:

  • Prepayment
  • Paypal
Unfortunately, we cannot accept and process payments by credit card.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice/proforma invoice. Payments are to be made to the account specified below. Payments are to be made in euros, unless the seller has expressly agreed to payment in another currency in advance. The goods will only be delivered after receipt of payment.
